BledgeBox is a router installed in and communicate with the vending machine and is connected to BledgeServer that handles communications with banks, telecommunications providers, payment service providers and vending machine operators. There are various cashless payment methods that can be used in vending machines such as card readers with "chip and pin" or "chip and go", contactless RFID cards, payment via premium SMS or other telecom-based payments.
